Fall in love with your home all over again as you get it looking its best this October. Need a little inspiration and direction? Here are a few of the biggest home decor trends blowin’ in the breeze:⁣

Those coolish-gray tones from the past decade or so are slowly inching back in the opposite direction. Browns, beiges, greens — and everything in between — are taking over interior palettes this fall.⁣

Are you planning ahead!?

Halloween is in two weeks and finding something to do with the kids can be challenging. There are lots of fun TRUNK OR TREAT events going on but we don’t always know where and when.

I put together a small list of community events happening Halloween weekend in the area. Keep an eye out as it nears for any other events that might pop up.

There’s been discussions over the past year of people moving out of California. Some people are choosing to retire elsewhere, working remotely has allowed others to move somewhere more affordable, and some looking for a change of scenery and a place with 4 seasons.

After Gavin Newsom’s announcement last week regarding students K-12, it’s started a new kind of chatter among parents and families who hadn’t previously considered a move out of state. BEFORE & AFTER

Here’s a little before and after of a staging install I did last week. This condo, with great potential, needed a little inspiration and help with the space. My clients were very pleased with the transformation and as a result were able to list this property for a higher list price netting them at least 20% more than they expected. Staging works!

With an Interior Design background, this statement rings true to me. Ever since I was a little girl, it always brought me great Joy to rearrange my room or home. I love that I can still do this personally and as a profession. I just finished staging a great condo in this week. It never feels like work when I get to be creative and have fun transforming a space for a client. Happy, satisfied, clients are just the icing on the cake.
