Ever walk into a home and just know within seconds if you like it? That's not luck, that's exactly what buyers do when they walk into a listing here in Orange County.

For years I only posted my wins. Here's the part I never showed you.

Not every client picks me. Not every deal closes. That's just the business, but I used to act like it wasn't part of the story worth telling.
