Becoming a realtor has been an accumulation of a lifetime of skills and experiences. I am excited and honored to be in the position of helping individuals and families find their perfect home. Having been through several moves in my life, I understand first hand the stress and axniety selling and buying a home can be, however, with a prepared and confident realtor, the experience can be one of excitment and ease. In addition to my personal experience, I have over 30 years of experience and education in the world of fitness. I have managed group fitness instructors for Balley's Total Fitness, in Corona, and was passionate about the needs and personal fitness goals of the members during my time there. I loved helping people through important life changing experiences. Along with my fitness education, I have expereince working in the Mortgage industry. I secured interest rates for borrowers looking to purhcase homes through BNC Mortgage, "A" Division, in Secondary Martketing. This allowed me to work closely with brokers and underwriters to help families quailify for loans. In 2009, I returned to school, and graduated from California State Universtiy Fullerton, recieving my Bachelor of Science in Child and Asolescent Studies. This experience strengthened my discipline and organization. I believe these qualities, along with my personal and professional skills, equip me in helping families sell and/or relocated into their new home. It is my promise to ensure your home buying/selling experience is exciting, as easy as possible, and that ultimately you are satisified with the outcome. I look forward to earning your confidence and trust. Let's set up a meeting and see if I am the realtor for you! Sincerely,
Lina Consalvi
