My lead generator hit a home run with this one, due to its practicality! Believe me when I write that there are a few I get, that I shake my head and wonder why I received the one I did!

While I'm not trying to color your world with hope, here's a tidbit of info of what you can do to kick it up a notch, if you want to go trendy before listing your home.

I concur that trends come and go. I still like seeing neutral colors when a show a home. That way, the final decisions of what the new buyer wants to do when he/she decorates, is totally up to them.

So, short and sweet, this month's flyer is a keeper!
