Out with the old, in with the new...

Preparing for an addition at a client's property. While demolishing the old concrete patio we realized that the neighboring property's basement window was never property sealed off and the concrete/stone what was blocking it. After discussing things with their property management we able to get it sealed off and continue our work excavating.

Now we will form up for the new footer, get our inspections, and move to the next phase of the build.

I'm just here trying to figure out why tile on countertops was ever a thing...

It's time for a kitchen upgrade in this rental. The dated cabinets, tile counter and floor, and awful layout are about to be a thing of the past.

With some new cabinets, appliances, and flooring this kitchen wil be functional and look great! This property will be ready to rent early to mid August.
