About Our Crew
Tammie and I have been working as full-time real estate professionals since 2012 and have been with Coldwell Banker NHS since 2018. Coldwell Banker has opened our business to the state of Nebraska, and we’ve had the pleasure of working with buyers and sellers throughout eastern Nebraska. We’ve closed transactions in notable locations such as Omaha, Bellevue, Plattsmouth, Blair, Lincoln, Beatrice, Fairbury, York, and Kearney.
Tammie and I love working together! Now that we are down to just 1 child still home (we started with a blended family of 8), we’ve enjoyed traveling all over the state helping our clients wherever we are needed. In addition to clients that come to us through our personal relationships and referrals, we partner with the Coldwell Banker Relocation Department to serve buyers and sellers who are receiving relocation benefits from corporations, Realogy rewards programs, AARP, NavyFed, and other similar programs. Many of these no-cost programs are Cash Back programs for our clients who literally get a check, after closing, for simply working with qualifying agents (and Tammie and I are such agents!).
Personally, Tammie and I blended our 8 children in 2008, and have been riding that wave ever since. We’ve both had extensive experience dealing with many of the challenges of life we all face. Helping individuals and families transact real estate has been a wonderful opportunity for us to serve others throughout Nebraska as they go through their own transitions.
To date, we’ve closed well over 40 million dollars in real estate transactions, and we are happy to serve clients in all price points. Our business is built on a desire to serve regardless of the circumstances. We love middle America and will go anywhere to serve!
