It's been over three years since I took the opportunity and started in real estate. At the beginning of 2021, I went even further and started Meader Group Realty. Thanks to a lot of great training, support, hustling (and probably a little bit of luck), I had a great first quarter, and then a great second quarter... and then this past September, I had the most incredible month of my career so far. Last week, New England's September's Top Producers List came out and I couldn't believe it when I saw my name on there. It's both humbling and invigorating, but none of this would have happened if I hadn't said yes to a lot of unknowns three years ago. Thank you Troy Williams for the opportunity and thank you April Beaudoin for making it happen with my marketing needs.

Here in York County, the average selling price went from $416,000 to $446,000 in a year's time. The average asking price soared to nearly $650K in August, and the average time on market dropped from 42 days to 16 days.
