Every year, Long Sands Beach becomes the setting for the Beach Bonfire Benefit, a community event that's been warming hearts since 2001. What began as a fundraiser following the events of September 11 has grown into a beloved annual tradition supporting local charities, raising more than $100,000 over the years.
