Please take action now regarding Senate Bill 838!

Rising CE costs. Schools at risk of closing. That's what's on the line if Senate Bill 838 doesn't move forward.

SB 838 exempts real estate and appraiser schools from double regulation they don't need. It only takes a minute to help get this across the finish line. Take action now at https://parealt.rs/3TzNo7C

The York County real estate community is mourning the loss of longtime REALTOR® Rick Smith.

Earlier this year, RAYAC had the privilege of honoring Rick for an extraordinary milestone—60 years of continuous membership with RAYAC, making him the longest-tenured member in our Association’s history.

That day, Rick was vibrant as ever, sharing stories from his remarkable career and reflecting on his lifelong love of real estate, the people he served, and the community he called home. We are especially grateful to have had the opportunity to recognize and celebrate Rick and his incredible legacy.

For six decades, Rick was a valued part of the York County real estate community, and his dedication and service will not be forgotten.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Rick’s family, friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed.
