According to a recent report from HousingWire, many of the busiest housing markets are actually seeing more price reductions because sellers are adjusting to today’s higher mortgage rates and affordability challenges.

Homes that are priced right are still getting attention and selling.

Places like Florida, Phoenix, Houston, Dallas, and Austin are still seeing strong activity from buyers.
