If you’ve asked me lately if it’s a good time to buy real estate, I likely responded with “it’s always a good time to buy real estate.”

You may hear some of us in real estate say, “date the rate, marry the house.” And I believe in that too.

Here’s the thing. Rates rise 📈and fall, but the value 💰keeps increasing while you’re sitting on the sidelines. So if you’ve been “waiting for the housing market to crash” for the last 2-4 years, you’ve missed out on potentially the home you’ve been waiting for.
