To better serve our residents, we are transitioning all tenant communication, maintenance requests, and rent payments to our RM Resident Tenant Portal.

Through the app, you can:

✅ Pay rent online
✅ Submit maintenance requests 24/7
✅ Track maintenance updates
✅ Access important account information
✅ Receive notices and updates

We encourage all tenants to download the RM Resident App and activate their account as soon as possible.

Moving forward, the tenant portal will be the preferred method for rent payments and maintenance requests.
