I am visiting all my clients and friends with this message to be sure they are reminded to do 4 important things this coming fall.

1. Get your chimney clean before lighting up the fireplace or woodstove.
2. Change all the batteries in the smoke detectors.
3. Change the filter in your heating system.
4. Wash the windows between the sashes; mold will accumulate!

FHA Loan
- 3.5% Minimum Down payment
- Credit score of 580 or higher
- 50% or less debt-to-income ratio

- FHA appraisals are more stringent

Conventional Loan
