Today was one of those days that reminds me how grateful I am. ❤️

This morning was filled with physical therapy and a progress check for my dad’s knee replacement recovery. The visiting nurse was amazed to learn he’s already been walking quite a bit with his cane, tackling stairs, and making such incredible progress. At 85 years young, he’s proving that determination goes a long way!

Another blessing today—after some negotiations, another ratified contract! 🏡✨ Now it’s time to schedule inspections and work through the next steps toward a successful closing.

To wrap up the day, we had another wonderful Voices of Success Book Club gathering. I’m so grateful for the connections, conversations, and friendships that continue to grow through this amazing group & what a privilege to host it at our AMW Real Estate office! As one event ends, we’re already looking forward to all the opportunities and inspiration our July meetings will bring.

A full day, a grateful heart, and lots to look forward to. ❤️
