🏡❤️ Being a Realtor is such a blessing, but it's also important to remember that behind every Realtor is a real person with a real family.
Some days we're negotiating contracts from the baseball field. Some days we're answering messages from the school pickup line. Some days we're juggling client calls, birthday parties, homework, dinner, and everything in between.
We love what we do because helping families find a place to call home is one of the greatest honors. But we're also spouses, parents, children, and friends.
So if there are days when it takes us a little longer to respond than usual, please know we're not ignoring you.
The families we serve are helping us keep a roof over our family's head while we're helping them find a roof to put over theirs. ❤️
We're working hard behind the scenes, doing our best to serve every client well while also being present for the people God has entrusted to us at home.

These clients started their home search back in September. They are soooo sweet and we found the perfect home for them to build from scratch customizing all the things and in one of my most favorite neighborhoods ever! I’m so excited for this little family to plant themselves here in Va and get to experience beach time, the history, friendships that will last a lifetime and more! Congratulations L family and welcome to Va!!

That’s why I’m always team "go see it in person."

But for my out-of-state families, my PCS crew, my “we’re doing this from across the country” people 🌎.

You’re not doing this blind.

I’ll be your eyes. 👀
I’ll FaceTime you like you’re right there with me.
I’ll send videos that show EVERYTHING and not just the pretty parts.

I’ll tell you if it’s a yes and I’ll definitely tell you if it’s a no.

I do… and I’ve watched it happen at open houses.

It’s not loud or dramatic. It’s subtle.
You walk in, and something shifts.
You slow down.
You start noticing the little things.
