🌴 Active listings are down 10.6%
🌴 Pending sales are down 15.6%
🌴 Settled sales are down 17%
🌴 New construction is down 12.6%
🌴 Median sales price is up 7.95%
The market is still favorable to sellers and inventory levels are lower than this time last year. This means buyers have less choices but sellers are often still getting full-price offers.
