The Storage Acquisition Group Real estate professionals focused on connecting self-storage owners with qualified, well-funded buyers

Welcome to The Storage Acquisition Group, a division of Mid Atlantic Commercial. As our name suggests, our team of professionals specializes in the acquisition of self-storage facilities across North America. We represent a private real estate investment fund which has an excess of $3 billion to allocate to the acquisition of quality facilities through the end of 2018. Our position and approach are uniquely beneficial as our offers are non-contingent on financing and sellers deal directly with the purchaser. In addition to the absence of intermediaries, THE SELLER PAYS NO COMMISSION. Contact us today for a cost free, no obligation evaluation of your property.

Another successful closing in the books! 🎉

The Storage Acquisition Group is proud to announce the successful sale of Storage Sense in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Our Richmond-based team, led by Jonathan Spencer, represented this outstanding 72,275 NRSF, 580-unit self-storage facility, which officially closed on July 9, 2026.

Congratulations to everyone involved, including Michigan Broker of Record Brian Kirksey of Ethos Real Estate/Keller Williams Paint Creek.

Every closing represents another owner achieving their goals and another investor acquiring a quality asset. We're grateful to be part of the process.
