Yorktown has been recognized nationally as the 8th cheapest and safest place to live based on cost-of-living metrics and FBI crime data in the United States. Thank you to The Star Press for helping to share the story.

To sign up, you must be a Delaware County Resident, guardian of the children (with proof), on government assistance of any kind, and have a current photo ID along with either birth certificate or social security card for your children. We are helping kids 12 and under.
