Movies are FREE every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from June 2 through August 6.

Our family hack:
🍿 Buy the refillable popcorn bucket on your first visit and keep it in the car. We also stash a few brown paper bags in the bucket so we can split the popcorn between multiple kids.

The best part? On future visits, you can refill the bucket and get 2 large drinks plus a candy for about $20, making for a pretty affordable family outing all summer long.

I met this family from a call the husband made from my for sale sign on one of my HUD listings. We met at the property and spent about an hour just talking about the process and going over all his questions. Aside from not having much experience or knowledge in HUD homes, he also hadn’t bought a home in 13 years, and back then, it was just him. Now, he had a wife, two kids, and they just needed more room.

Turns out, he actually grew up in this neighborhood, so the nostalgia was real for him. Sometimes these homes that need a little love just need someone who can see the vision, and he definitely had it. It meant a lot for him to have his kids grow up in the same neighborhood that he did.

So we submitted a bid and not only did he win the bid, but he walked in with $65,000 in equity!

This is what makes my job so rewarding—helping people find more than a house, but a home. 🏡

February is Black History Month, this month and every month, it's important to remember and honor the remarkable achievements of African Americans.

In the realm of homeownership, challenges have existed for people of color, impacting their ability to build wealth. Yet, numerous leaders and advocates have worked tirelessly to ensure fair access. Though progress has been made, there's more to accomplish. Recognizing the efforts of individuals from diverse backgrounds in homeownership remains important for creating equal opportunities.
