I have dreamt about this for years. It took me 8 years living in America to finally have freedom of time and location and escape the 9-5 that made me 6 figures.

You can too I promise you! I came to this country in 2016 with nothing but a suitcase and $40 bucks.

You just gotta be willing to fight for what you want and not give up no matter what. And most importantly, you gotta believe that YOU can do it.

This house has a $90k ARV.
Rehab estimate is about $100k if not more.
Even if the house was free, this would still make no sense. Period.
If it was livable or close, it could have been acquired for $10k, and sold to a sec8 buyer for $25k.
Unfortunately, itā€™s a tear down.
