Last week, I had the pleasure of helping sell this 70+ acre property — and honestly, this one hit different...
Growing up, I used to drive past this property all the time on my way to visit my grandparents. I always slowed down for that view — the pasture, the way the land just rolled out picture-perfect. Never imagined I'd get to be part of its story one day.
A previous client of mine from a few years back reached out about it, and from there it was a lot of negotiating, a lot of patience, and a lot of believing it would come together. It finally did — and I couldn't be happier for everyone involved!
This is why I love this job. It's never just a transaction, it's memories, it's land people grew up around, it's a whole chapter closing so a new one can open.
