Here's a look at the latest progress at the Memphis & Pearl redevelopment site.

Since work began earlier this summer, the former Greenline Building has been demolished, the underground storage tank has been removed, and environmental remediation has continued to prepare the site for what's ahead. Engineering evaluations also remain focused on preserving the historic St. Luke's Church as plans for the site move forward.

Every milestone brings us one step closer to creating something meaningful for the Old Brooklyn community. Thank you for following along - We're excited to share more updates soon.

PROJECT UPDATE: Old Brooklyn - Progress is happening on site! 🚧

The underground storage tank has officially been removed. The next step is testing its contents, with results expected this week. If everything comes back positive, we'll be one step closer to receiving environmental clearance from the state DEP and moving this project forward.
