WELCOME HOME, Samantha and Chad!! What an absolute delight it was to help these first-time buyers find the perfect home - not an easy feat in this crazy competitive market. But they navigated the process like pros. This sweet home was loved by the previous owners for many years, who handed it off in great condition, and now Sam and Chad's chapter has begun! This journey was extra fun because I know Sam's parents, who were so supportive during their search. It was a treat to spend time with their family.
