Meeting with a homeowner today, who is looking at $20,000.00 + in repairs, after buying the home only 2 MONTHS AGO..

They got an inspection, and trusted the realtor.

This is disgusting. This home owner was clearly taken advantage of.

*I am aware not all agents operate like this*

I REGULARLY come across homes that have been purchased recently (less than 6 months), and are in need of major repairs.

Please don’t let this happen to you. Hire an outside perspective you can trust. A true 3rd party that can give you an honest assessment.

No one is perfect. A home inspection will help you find the issue, before it becomes an issue. Even new construction homes need a detailed look. Often multiple contractors and sub contractors are working together. Let’s make sure every box is checked. Big or small.
