Hamilton Crossing Family Empowerment Program F.E.P. Is designed to help individuals and families improve the quality of their lives.

is a 5-year academic, employment and saving incentive program designed to help low income families gain education and career skills to improve their family's financial situation and move toward self-sufficiency. The program involves counseling and referral services which are provided on an individual basis in the following areas: education, job training, employment opportunities, child care, transportation , budgeting, credit, home ownership, career advancement and success.
