Throwback! This was the young me, from 24 years ago. The young me that began her real estate career. Excited and in love with the concept of helping home buyers find their forever homes and make their dreams come true. And later, ensuring sellers are able to move on to bigger/better homes or downsizing to ensure they live the lifestyle they want/need. That passion has never changed for me, but many things have changed.
There are big changes in our industry right now. A different way of Realtors/Brokers getting paid. Changes in our local board. Changes in our economy. Changes in our interest rates and affordability for the middle class.
What hasn't changed? My dedication to you. Together, we can continue to ride the wave of whatever is thrown at us to ensure you are still getting the representation you deserve. I considered the fact that maybe I should leave this industry. Maybe I should avoid all of this change, as we sometimes do as we get older and wish to continue doing things our own way. But no! I still have the drive, the passion for the people, the desire to ensure you, as my client, are well represented in all of your real estate needs.
Things are changing... but the American Dream of home ownership will never go away.
