Apartment #1 overlooks the ally. It feels brand new with new paint, kitchen updates, completely new bathroom, insulated windows, etc. It has two bedrooms with large closets. Plenty of storage in the hall by the bathroom.

The rooms are done. This one is rented. I still have another in this apartment. Photos in the next post.
