A 17 day escrow turned into 21 because of the holiday, but that’s ok! 💪🏼
This darling home in the heart of Oroville was exactly what my buyer was looking for. It’s cozy, well cared for, has lots of character, beautiful yards for her loyal companion Memphis, and had an attractive price tag! 🐶 ♥️
We negotiated some repairs and credits, and she is happy, happy, happy!
Thanks to Joey Mejia of Legacy Lending for going above and beyond for yet another client! Only a few minor hiccups along the way, but in the end you took care of her and saved her some money!

On to the next chapter for this deserving client. 🥰

A dream H♥️ME in the country for a very deserving family! I can already picture all the grand babies running amuck and making a lifetime of amazing memories here. 🥰
One of the many reasons that I love my job is because I get to help families that really never imagined being able to own a home. Yet here we are, dream family, in a dream home! 🥹 You really can achieve anything you put your heart and soul into, and here is proof! 🏡

We had to be very strategic on this one because the seller was not budging. In the end, we secured nearly $18,000 in credits, AND realtor fees paid by the seller! 💁🏻‍♀️
Now my clients have the funds to spruce up the place and be comfortable while adjusting to a new mortgage payment. It was a win-win for sure!
