Whether it’s your first transaction or your 150th, the level of integrity, service, and respect you provide should always be the same.
Whether it’s a $300,000 transaction or a $1 million transaction, every client deserves the same level of care and attention.
Someone recently said to me, “You don’t even have that many transactions under your belt.”
My response? Is this a race? A competition to see who can hit 138 transactions before October?
Not for me.
I truly believe that what’s meant for you will be for you, no matter how hard you try to force it otherwise.
There are plenty of statistics in real estate around cold calling and lead generation—call 100 people and maybe convert one or two. Scripts, sales tactics, and hoping a stranger is ready to move. It works for some people, and that’s great. It’s just not my style.
I’m a relationship person through and through.
You call, I show up. You need something, I’ve got you.
That approach can sometimes require healthy boundaries, but at my core, I’m someone who values being present for my friends, family, and clients.
The most important part of this business isn’t the numbers—it’s your sphere. The people you connect with, support, and genuinely care about.
There’s someone for everyone in every aspect of life.
Every person I have the opportunity to meet is a blessing. And when someone chooses me to help guide them through one of the largest investments of their life, that’s a blessing too.
When you lead with gratitude instead of expectations, you avoid a lot of disappointment along the way.
