I'm looking for run-down looking houses in Sacramento and surrounding areas and I will pay you up to $2400 per month to find them. Your job is to find 50 to 100 houses per day that meet the following criteria (very easy for you to do in the neighborhoods I will assign):

Examples of houses that you would look for:

Tall grass
Stuffed-full mailbox
Peeling paint
Handicap ramp
Broken or boarded up windows
Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters
Missing siding
Visually in bad shape

I'll give you a specific neighborhood to drive. You'll be able to find 100+ houses in these neighborhoods daily over the next week, and I'll pay you $15 per hour, as long as you find 12 of these houses per hour.

You may work any time on your own schedule. Looking for someone who wants to work 30-40 hours per week.
