JUST SOLD! 🔑🤍 🙌🏼
This was definitely one of those transactions that reminded us just how much can happen between an accepted offer and closing day! 😂 If something could go wrong, it pretty much did.
We navigated complicated solar issues, multiple extensions, early occupancy, unexpected issues with the home and plenty of twists and turns along the way. Through it all, the buyer, her amazing lender, the seller and listing agent remained patient, communicative and willing to work together to get this one across the finish line.
In the end, we were able to negotiate a substantial seller credit, a brand-new AC system, and an extended period of FREE rent during early occupancy, and after everything, we officially made it to closing!
What makes this one especially rewarding is knowing how hard our buyer worked for YEARS as a single mom to get to this moment. Throughout every obstacle she continued to say, “This house just feels right.” And it already seems like she was right. 🤍
She and her daughter have met neighbors who have quickly become friends, found new classmates right down the street, and now have a beautiful place that is completely their own.
There are some closings that mean a little more, and this is definitely one of them. We couldn’t be more proud of our buyer and everything she did to make this dream a reality.
