Sales volumes appear to have hit a ceiling while prices continue to reach new heights. Cash sales remain elevated despite high prices. According to Bloomberg we're not in a bubble YET. Though I'm sure that every market is different. And because of the price differences between LA, Orange and San Diego counties and the Inland Empire I'm sure we have a ways to go before the Inland Empire hits bubble territory.

Despite record home prices in some big cities, the U.S. market is nowhere near as bad as it was a decade ago.
