An unauthorized pet doesn’t always need to become a landlord-tenant battle.

During a routine walkthrough, Jeff found a dog that wasn’t listed on the tenant’s lease. But there was more to the situation: the tenant had a great payment history, the property was spotless, and there was no damage.
