Some things just take time… 🕰️✨
This one was a journey! Our sweet sellers bought this home at the peak of the market, and a couple years later needed to move to better accommodate their needs. We knew it wouldn’t be easy, but we were up for the challenge.
After tons of showings, multiple Open Houses, two contracts, and lots of patience — the perfect buyer finally came along! Funny enough, the same day the buyer was ready to remove his contingency, we had a wave of new interest roll in. (Real estate timing is wild, right? 😅)
