🚨 OKC Market Update: Slowing Down… or Just Shifting?

The latest numbers are in, and they’re telling a story that’s a little more strategy than speed right now 👇

🏡 Prices are doing a dance
List prices are climbing ($353K → $381K)
…but sales prices dipped slightly ($331K → $327K)
👉 Sellers are reaching higher, but buyers are choosing carefully.

⏳ Homes are taking a bit longer
Days on market: 45 → 56
👉 The rush is cooling, and buyers are taking their time.

📉 Inventory tightened (yes, really)
Months of inventory: 3.8 → 3.2

📦 But here’s the twist…
Fewer homes hit the market
More homes are going under contract
👉 Demand didn’t disappear… supply just shrank.

💰 And negotiations? Still very much alive
Homes are selling at about 98% of asking price
