August is also packed with history—National Aviation Day is celebrated on August 19 in honor of Orville Wright, and on August 28, 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his iconic "I Have a Dream" speech. FAQ:

Do you have income restrictions?
Yes. Cornerstone is a Restricted Income development. Income limits and rental rates are based on the TOTAL earnings of all persons in the household.

What is the application fee?
A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee is charged for each adult resident. This fee is applied toward a Credit Report and a Criminal Background Check.

What is the deposit?
A $500.00 Refundable deposit is required to hold any apartment. Deposits will be refunded in the event the application is not accepted.

Do you allow pets?
YES! A $150 non-refundable fee (per pet) and a $35 Monthly fee. There is a 25lb weight limit. All fees are waived for ESA or Service animals.

What utilities are included?
Water, sewer, and trash are provided by Cornerstone. The resident is responsible for the cost of electricity, phone and cable, and internet.

What appliances are included?
Each home is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and full-size washer/dryer.

Do you have garages?
Yes. There are a limited number of garages available at a rate of $75/month.

Do you allow smoking?
No. The Cornerstone Apartments is a non-smoking community.
