Closing this week with some amazing first-time homebuyers.

I am so excited for Evan Rader and his fiancée, Kaley Brubaker, as they step into this new chapter together. There is just something extra special about helping first-time buyers get to the closing table: the nerves, the questions, the excitement, and then that moment when it finally becomes real.

Weekend recap with our kids and grandkids, minus Stevo, Christine, and Noa, who were definitely missed.

Saturday was birthday fun at our house for our grandson, followed by trampolines and big energy at Ground Control in Yukon. Sunday brought church at Life.Church NW OKC and time at the Women’s College World Series. Full calendar, full hands, full hearts.

I am most grateful for these weekends: the loud ones, the busy ones, big laughs, tired kids, and memories being made in real time. Family is such a gift, and I don’t ever want to take these moments for granted.

I showed my buyers a beautiful home built by Crabtree Homes, and I have to say… some details just stop you for a second.

I loved the front door. It reminded me of those old screen doors with the X at the bottom: classic, charming, and full of character. And the kitchen? The finishes and cabinet colors were so good. Warm, stylish, and not cookie-cutter.

The night before I left, 1213 Misty Drive NW in Piedmont officially went under contract, right around midnight Germany time. Real estate never sleeps, no matter the time zone.

Come with me on a day trip to Switzerland.

Today was one of those days I know I will replay for a long time. Beautiful views, sweet family time, lots of walking, a little exploring, and a whole lot of gratitude. There is just something special about experiencing a new place with the people you love.

The scenery was unreal, but the best part was slowing down, being present, and making memories together. I am so thankful for this trip, these moments, and the chance to see a little more of God’s beautiful world with my family.
