Marine Corps I became the company Police Sergeant when I picked up Corporal at age 20. At that time I lead and supervised over 26 Marines in my direct charge, then billeted/managed another 1500 Marines and sailors in and out of the base barracks, created and implemented a base barracks discrepancy log that submitted and tracked all issues for the barracks. It was used for reporting up to command and for presenting during each weekly company meeting. I also created the process for logging/tracking all gear for my company logistics, issued and tracked all equipment in and out to the company’s platoons, while maintaining accurate and up to date logs. I have worked in the oil field since then as a roughneck working Derricks on several different drilling rigs and companys over the last decade. During that time I was also a General Contractor doing home remodels in Texas, along with working as a cutom carpenter, building and installing custom cabinets in homes. I also worked as the paver and heavy equipment operator for hwy/road construction and built a lot of I35 in Texas. I also am also very familiarized with doing semi trailer repairs and fabrication work where I left off to open my own company as a heavy equipment mechanic where I did semi truck, trailer and heavy equipment repair.
