Kathy & Terry Monson are a husband and wife real estate team serving the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding areas. Terry Monson has worked in real estate since 2005, specializing in residential sales across the OKC metro. Army veteran and Douglass High School grad, he holds certifications including MRP, ABR, and SRS. He studied Business Management and served 24+ years with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Known as “Head Chef” at McGraw Realtors in Yukon, Terry also ran Monson’s Catering. Kathy Monson, an OKC native and Cashion High grad, brings 20 years of federal service, including 15 in HR at the VA. She'll retire in 2025 and has rejoined real estate alongside Terry. Kathy’s love for research and organization helps clients feel confident in each decision they make.
