It’s been a minute since I’ve been on here!
A lot has happened over the last six months, and while life has been incredibly busy, I feel more blessed than ever.
At the beginning of the year, I made the decision to leave Keller Williams and The Sexton Property Group. My time there was truly a blessing, and I will always be grateful for the opportunities, relationships, and lessons that helped shape my real estate career.
If I’m being honest, opening my own brokerage wasn’t exactly part of the plan. Life has a funny way of presenting opportunities when you least expect them, and sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith and run with it. That’s exactly what I did.
A few months ago, I opened Yuma Desert Realty and launched Yuma Desert Living Property Management, focusing on growing both the real estate and property management sides of the business. Since then, it’s been a whirlwind of learning, building, problem-solving, and wearing more hats than I ever imagined.
From helping families buy and sell homes, to commercial real estate, long-term property management, and short-term rental management, I’ve had the opportunity to do a little bit of everything. No two days look the same, and while it’s been challenging at times, it’s also been incredibly rewarding.
Through it all Zane, has been my biggest supporter and somehow managed to become my unofficial handyman along the way. I truly couldn’t have done this without him.
Most of all, I’m grateful. Grateful for my family, friends, clients, mentors, and everyone who has supported me along the way. Thank you for your trust, encouragement, referrals, and belief in me.
This journey has stretched me in ways I never expected, but it’s also reminded me that some of life’s greatest blessings come from stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing the unknown.
Life is busy, life is good, and I feel incredibly blessed. I’m excited to see what this next chapter holds.
Here’s to new beginnings, trusting God’s plan, and seeing where this journey leads.
