Congratulations to my newest client! 🎉

I met Dirk last Monday on a sidewalk in front of a home I had just finished showing a couple of other clients. He was kinda checking out the house so I asked if he would like to see it. He said yes and after that we saw one more. Over this past weekend he sent me another one so we met yesterday to look at it and now he’s under contract!! 😃 On top of that he is an all cash buyer and closes on this house next week!!! Talk about a whirl wind real estate relationship, Lol!! I love it. Thank you for choosing me to represent you. 🙏🏼

This home that and I listed has officially gone under contract in Somerton, AZ!! We had investors lowball, other clients coming in below 200k, at one point we thought we had a good offer at 215k and the seller almost took it but we held off and I’m glad we did because we got an offer over the asking price for 234k (original price-229k)!! Listing this home was already hard for the seller to do so getting her the maximum amount for her home was going to make it worth it!!!! Congrats to our seller, Ms. Becerra and thank you for trusting us to get your home sold.

I met the nicest couple over the weekend and they were ready to purchase a home that worked for them during Yuma’s most beautiful season! We were able to find a great place with one of the largest living spaces in the neighborhood. They loved it and I’m so excited that in three weeks from now they get to call it home!! Congratulations to the Webers!!! 🎉
