Full job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Value to join our team. As a DOV, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various operational processes within our organization. This is a leadership position that requires strong business acumen, strategic planning skills, solid communication skills and the ability to drive process improvement initiatives, as well as being a Realtor Retention Specialist.
The ideal candidate is the master of creating efficient systems, navigating through details with ease, and maintaining a cool and composed demeanor under time-crunching situations. We are looking for a candidate that has an accommodating and supportive spirit, as well as someone who pays close attention to detail. Additionally, we are seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills to support the 100+ personalities they interact with weekly.
This individual will exhibit consistency, strong follow-up skills, and great follow-through. Ongoing professionalism with the rest of the leadership team, staff, sales associates, clients, and vendors is essential.
The ideal person will be flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile, training focused office while being persistent and organized with routine, repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones. This person will possess qualities such as a commitment to excellence, the ability to focus in a distracting environment, unwavering integrity, a results-oriented/growth mindset, and a self-disciplined focus.
```Duties```
- Ensure our KW Market Center runs smoothly by developing and implementing strategies and systems to optimize efficiency.
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Provide administrative support to leadership team and assist with bookkeeping and accounting practices.
- Work directly with our virtual team to ensure smooth and consistent communication with our region and our agents.
- Oversee office procedures and provide administrative support for a seamless operation for Leadership, Agents, and Staff.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all agents inquiries and support needs.
- Deliver comprehensive agent support in elevating our agents' productivity, efficiency, and overall success by teaching training classes and/or 1vs1 sessions.
- Assist Team Leader with implementation of marketing plan.
- Onboard new agents, including paperwork, training coordination, and office orientation.
- Manage office logistics, such as scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness.
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills.
- Problem-solving, proactive, and positive mindset.
- Excellent with project management, organization, and maintaining deadlines.
- Exceptional tech skills with proficiency in computer applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in real estate and/or AZ Real Estate License (preferred).
