OOPS- Just realized it has been since September since posting on here! 🫠 Turns out managing multiple social media platforms is hard work and might as well be a full time job on top of running a business and being a SAHM!! Happy to announce that I'm ready to hit the ground running this year and excited to continue serving some amazing clients! I've got several military relocations this year and some awesome listings hitting the market soon. Also in the works of revamping my website and marketing materials. Just wanted to give a major shoutout to this gal right here who I’m so proud to be in business with! She teamed up with me to help with my clients while I transition in to motherhood and it’s been the biggest blessing. She always drops what she’s doing to help— today alone she showed 6 houses & attended a home inspection on my behalf. I could not do this without her! It’s been a while since I’ve said this but— multiple offer situations are back 😳 it was only a matter of time!

We have SO much pent up buyer demand, especially with buyers who lost out in 2020-2021 with the crazy low interest rates. My most recent listing had 3 offers on it within 24 hours, and some listings are getting 8-9 offers depending on the price range!! 🔥
