Taryn McNaughton, Realtor My name is Taryn Struck. I am a “Yuma Transplant” originally from La Grande Oregon. I was able to travel to several different countries and countless new cities.

I was apart of the first graduating class at Gila Ridge High School and received a degree in Marketing and Management from Arizona Western College. After I graduated from AWC I moved to New York City where I became a Flight Attendant for jetBlue. After 2 years of living out of my suitcase and hotel rooms, I left the skies. I returned to Yuma in 2017 once I realized that home is where your heart is and mine is here in Yuma. I am truly passionate about helping people. I have a unique background in customer service, sales and marketing that helped me frame my skills in listening, communication and problem solving. I previously worked in Insurance Sales obtaining my licenses in Property and Causality, and Life and Health along with certifications in Banking and Financial Services. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, playing with my two fur babies (Daisy and Duke) or catching a sporting event or new film at the box-office. I believe in supporting local businesses and giving back to the community. I believe that we only live life once so you need to follow your heart and do what makes you happy. My job as a Realtor is to help you understand the process of buying or selling your home as well as making your experience easy and fun. Mother’s Day can hold so many emotions all at once. 🤍

Today I’m feeling especially grateful for the incredible women in my life my mom, mother-in-law, grandmas, friends who are amazing mothers, those expecting little ones, and the women quietly hoping and praying to become mothers someday.

This year holds a little extra hope for us as we begin our IVF journey.

It’s not something I originally knew if I would share publicly, but I’ve already realized how many women silently walk this road while carrying so much hope, strength, and heartbreak behind the scenes.

So today I’m holding space for all of it.
The love.
The longing.
The gratitude.
The hope.

Not every transaction is easy.

This home wasn't even on the market.

We had been struggling to find the right fit for my buyer inventory was tight and he had very specific criteria. So instead of waiting around… we got creative.

I came across a property that had been withdrawn from the market, picked up the phone, and called the listing agent (relationships matter in Yuma 🤝).

Turns out the home had been temporarily pulled due to a water leak in the primary bathroom that was in the process of being repaired.

We were able to get in before it went back on the market, write a strong and strategic offer, and secure it.

Real estate is such a big part of what I do, but it’s not all of who I am and honestly, I think that’s what allows me to show up differently for my clients.
