Pretty incredible what you uncover when you start bringing history back to life.

As we continue the transformation of the Gandolfo Executive Suites, we’re replacing the upstairs windows with new Andersen windows improving efficiency and comfort while staying true to the historic character of this incredible building.

During the process, our contractor, Mike Gardner, uncovered a piece of the original lumber stamped with John Gandolfo’s name. How cool is that? More than a century later, pieces of the original story are still here.

This is exactly what this project is about preserving Yuma’s history while investing in its future.

Little by little, the Gandolfo continues to come back to life, and I’m excited about what’s ahead.

Tenants will have exclusive perks, and the public can book for $50/hour with QR code access.
