Hello everyone. We are down to just three properties to rent at Sun Vista for the season. Sadly, none of them are in the pet secttion, but for those of you that are having trouble finding a unit, call me at 928-261-7377 and ask about units 53, 706 and 1166.

Hello Snowbirds
Thank you for the calls I have received trusting us with the sales and rentals of your park models. ( We really are in need of sale and rentals in the pet section.)
We are meeting with a gentleman tomorrow that is coming to clear out his mom's unit ( we will miss you Marg) so Don is going to search the shed for the window air conditioner we have. It's down to the 105 degree range this week, but still to hot to be in a unit with no air.
Remember everyone, give me a call before you return this fall so your unit can be clean and ready for you.
'getting closer to seeing our friends and neighbors returning. YEA

Hi fellow travelers

If you haven't noticed, it has been HOT in Yuma. We had a record high of 122 degrees last month, and now highs are staying around the 110 to 115 mark. We've had some new faces in the park,(just passing through) and I guess even the "new memory to talk about" is being in Yuma at 122 degrees. We are all making good use of the pools and the many air conditioned areas of our park... library, card rooms, pot lucks, ice cream socials, and much more. the time is racing by, and we will see you all in just a few months.

I posted and it disappeared. Wow
As you can all see, Yuma has been blessed with record highs in the past weeks (more to come. I think 123 was our record high, and now our lows are in the mid 80's and the highs 110's. We are getting a lot of paperwork and quilting down.
No all together true. Don and I just finished painting a park model (outside) We went over early in the morning and shut it down around 9:30'

Good morning travelers. What a beautiful day today. It's only going to be in the 90s with a breeze. We'll take while we can.
Yesterday we got to spend a day in the desert with our new friends and neighbors, Ray and Kathleen. They are new residents, having just bought Unit 1052. Welcome to Sun Vista
