Hey what's up guys? I am out here at Joe Henry Softball Field and I came out here because this is where my softball career got started and it's kind of symbolic because people always ask me if you're a softball coach how are you qualified to be a real estate professional? Check this out...softball is a metaphor for life. You have a group of people out here that have different roles and are skilled in those roles focused on the team winning. So in real estate we have a highly skilled team of agents, lenders, inspectors, escrow officers just to name a few that are on your team that each have a role focused on your goal. And that's just a small way that softball has prepared me to help with your real estate goals whether its buying or selling.

And if you're like okay well yeah you gotta get a team and everybody's gotta work together but we all don't have the same skills and you're right. That's what's awesome about softball, softball has different styles. You can play the west coast quick game that kind of thing or you could play big ball whatever you want to do. Real estate does the same if you're interested in first time home buying, if you're interested in buying and flipping, if you're interested in multi-units real estate has a place for that. And as we build strategies those strategies are individually made for you because your skills are different. If I have a person over here with 800 credit score and they've got you know $300,000 in the bank we're playing a different game with that person than maybe this person over here with a 580 credit score and $2000 in the bank. Does that mean they can't win? No they can absolutely win if we're focused on their needs, their goals and the skills they actually have. And thats exactly how softball is. As a coach we would all love to have a bunch of pitchers that throw gas. We would love to have a bunch of hitters you know that are hitting dingers. As a real estate professional I would love to have people that are all 800 credit scores with a bunch of cash but thats not realistic. Let's play the game in the world we live in and that's how softball prepared me to help you in your real estate endeavors.
