As a full time Realtor since 2002 I have experience in all aspects of real estate. I am a multi-million dollar producing agent, a level of accomplishment that just over ten percent of Ohio's real estate professionals have attained. I have nineteen years experience in assisting home sellers and buyers obtain their goals. Since 2007 I have worked nationally with banks in selling their foreclosure properties and helping them value properties. This makes me an expert on valuations and helping sellers get the most for their homes in the quickest time possible. I enjoy working with sellers and buyers and use technology and social media to stay current. I am also able to set buyers up on automated emails that come straight from our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to alert them as soon as a listing becomes available with their parameters.
