Honestly, don’t let one week of rate movement make a long-term decision for you.

This one was VERY SPECIAL. ❤️🏡

🏡SOLD ➡️ BOUGHT ➡️ HOME 🏠

After FOUR YEARS of looking, this sweet family finally found the perfect home on Nicholas Lane in Dresden! They had 30 days to get their Cliffrock Dr home under contract — and we did it in less than 24 HOURS! 🙌

Today we closed on BOTH, and I couldn’t be happier for this young couple and their beautiful family. I totally admit that I got in my car afterward with tears in my eyes. 🥹 I have loved helping them and enjoyed watching them grow from just a young couple into a happy little family over these past four years.

These transactions definitely took a team to get the timing just right! Thank you to Christy Ethell - JB Prindle Real Estate for representing the Cliffrock Dr. buyers, my awesome broker Roberta Bobbi Lepi, Broker, Lepi & Associates Real Estate Services for representing the Nicholas Lane sellers (and all of the help from Pat!) Northwest Title was great, and Aaron Livengood- Mortgage Loan Officer got us across the finish line.

Four years later… Tyler & Alaina are HOME… and it is STUNNING! ❤️🔑

SOLD! 🏡🎉

I truly believe everything with this one happened exactly the way it was supposed to. In the end, I had the privilege of representing both the buyer and the seller, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all came together, so quickly. 😉

This SOLD feels pretty darn good! ❤️🔑

Ready to buy or sell? I’m ready to help you get it done! 🙂 ☎️

These two have been with me since the very beginning - the actual first clients I ever showed a property to. ❤️

Several years, a lot of conversations, and today we finally got to celebrate a sale … and our first closing together!

One down… and they are just getting started. Stay tuned - much more to come for them. 😉🏡

Congrats to my sellers Tyler & Alaina. Thank you Karen Kiggans for a very smooth co-op and Ashley at NorthWest Title for closing us. 👊
