Friday saw us ending the week with another closing!! This one is extra close to my heart because it’s MY first home purchase 🙌

Building your team matters. There was LOTS of hard work getting this deal done and I appreciate everyone who had a hand in seeing it through. Last night saw us at the closing table again, photos to remain private at the request of my sweet clients. This had been a LONG time coming for them and I’m so proud and honored to have had the privilege of handing them the keys to their new home 🥰

Most people don’t realize everything that goes into a real estate transaction, and one of the most important things is building a solid team with a client-first mentality. Bryce Sayre with the US Dept of Ag out of the Marietta office did everything within his power and even pulled a few strings to see us all to closing EARLY and flawlessly!! And a huge thank you, again, to Brent Ross with Elite Land Title for getting us across that finish line!! Also, thank you to Logan Wisecarver Winspex Limited for the extremely thorough home inspection, impeccable communication, and for always ensuring crystal clear explanations, prioritizing the understanding and encouragement of our clients.

My favorite part is once I get to hand the keys to my clients and I see the reality settle in for them, their hard work and patience has brought them here and now they’re going home 🥹🥰🥰 I genuinely love my job.
